Our mission is to treat every patient with the utmost respect, privacy, and compassion. From wheelchair transports to critical care transfers, our highly skilled staff provides industry leading transportation services with care and dedication to quality.
Regional EMS & Critical Care has been a leading provider of local, regional and long-distance medical transportation in Eastern Pennsylvania since 2003.
After opening in 2003, the company provided only wheelchair and ambulette transportation services to nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Carbon County, PA.
As Regional EMS’s reputation for professionalism, integrity, and patient care grew, so did their business. By 2006 the fleet had quadrupled in size, and began to provide basic advanced life support services throughout Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, and Northampton counties.
Today, Regional EMS and Critical Care continues to service numerous hospitals, nursing homes and medical facilities throughout the Eastern Pennsylvania region and provide long-distance medical transportation to locations throughout the Northeastern U.S.
Communication is at the heart of our business, and our Dispatch Team works around the clock to ensure that our clients are receiving prompt and appropriate care.
Through our streamlined computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system, we can organize patient demographics, billing information, and vehicle locations in a live environment. Our system ensures efficiency in scheduling and ensures our patients get what they need, when they need it.
Our team participates with all of the local health plans. We can help our clients work with their insurance providers to make the process easier and cost effective.
Our dedication to communication does not end at scheduling. Our vehicles are in constant contact with our Dispatch Team. We make sure, from start to finish, that the patient has the best quality care possible.
